I'm shocked to hear about this Cousin Jack and I hope that Red and yourself are up and about soon, hopefully in time for that venison meal. ;)

Let us know if there is anything we can do for you other than just pray for your quick recovery.

Do you have the contact information to send to? All I know is his forum name, that might drive the nurses nuts trying to find Cousing Jack.

There are two kinds of folk in the county I live in, Those who have hit a deer and those who are going to hit a deer. My other Honda (Odessy Van) has hit two. I often think about that riding the wing. Me and the Mrs send our prayers and best wishes to you both.

Mickey

Cousin Jack and Red, best wishes for a speedy recovery. I went to school in the U.P. in Hougton, had many of deer try to take me out on a Yamaha 175 Enduro, but I foiled their evil plans (I was lucky, no skill). Get well soon!

Go get 'em Little Brother! Venison sausage!

Thanks everybody. CJ is up and walking and Red is coming out of her second surgery. My brother and sister-in-law are here and helping us beyond belief. Having all these posts has cheered CJ up incredibly.

P.S. He took the deer alerts off his bike 3 years ago because they spoiled the lines of the fairing! But not as much as the deer spoiled the fairings....damn things didn't work anyway...
