That lady is incredible!!!

When I think of a long journey into unknown lands, I can't imagine the idea of getting somewhere and not getting any gas.

Looking at the photo of her, has me wondering, what is tied onto the engine at the engine guards?

Looks like some kind of animal, she may have cooked critters to eat with the engine heat. :D
Some fella wrote a cook book using the engine heat of his car.

I used to do that with sandwiches and cans of beans or soup on the tractors at the farm.

That would be the life. Do search for the striking Viking. He is a present day globe rider that has been in the thick of it many times.

When he just got started he was captured by the columbian drug thugs and held for several months. When finally released they tried to send him home, he refused and called for another motorcycle to be shipped down to him. He said he started out to circumvate South America and if he went home then they win. He has since been on the road for serveral years.

That "girl" designed, built, and installed her own aluminum pannier system, long before Jesse, Happy Trails, and the others came along..... built her own panniers...... if I wasn't already in love with the most beautiful woman in the entire world, I'd sure be takin' a look at this pannier-building chick!
