Good idea, I'd be honored to add one to the collection.

Usen rednecks are starting to get confused down here. Lotta folks keep saying they'll fly it with "Pride". I guess that means we need two flags then, One forum and the other just says Pride. ;) Or should it have a bottle of soap on it with the word Pride. I'm cornfussed. :cheeky1:

I'm in ......Seems to me that a flag just like the patch would be nice, either in yellow or green, or maybe one in Red, White, and Blue for USof A members.....There is a flag making compant not too far from me...If I ever get this new printer the wife bought, I will run a color copy of both Yellow and Green and see what it will cost per flag????

Next is How big???? as in 8x11 or bigger????

give me some ideas and I'll take my nitro before I ask for a price per flag.....:cheeky1:

Most likely about $14 to $16 dollars per flag........6 inch by 9 inch is a good size to fly on an antenna....get any bigger and you need a flag pole to keep from breaking the antenna off.

I had some flags made for our club about a year ago......I forget the company, but they were in this price range.....if you had 25 or more made at the same time.  Kit

Thanks Wingnut. Starting point was my intention.

I would surmise at least 2 sizes. The one for the bike while riding be about 6x8. I had a slightly larger American flag than that but it was loud & pulled heavily on the antenna.
The other to hang on a pole... 12x16? 16x20? Here the peoples names need to be large enough to be seen from a small distance.
Maybe in time other flags can be made & acquired for "X" achievement. Sort of like Mercedes badges. But this might be getting a bit much. Just thoughts.

i dont care to have my name on a flag, i would but that would seem to make it way slower in getting these if we are gonna get them. Why not just a universal goldwing forum flag? I would think production would be 10x faster. just a thought. I do LOVE the bright yellow color, that might help being spotted by the other folks...

I think it should be a rainbow flag to represent the diverse group of people we have here world wide.

I think an antenna flag might be desirable. At least for those in the States who have flagpoles mounted, they are usually "occupied" with American flag, POW flag, branch of service flag, state flag, etc. An antenna flag would stand a better chance of being used if it were an "addition" to the collection, rather than having to replace flagpole flags all the time (depending on what you want to fly today). Just thinking out loud. I could be totally incorrect.

I think the color should be GREEN. I know in the discussions concerning the pins and keyrings, some of us wanted to recognize our "home base" for this site (Ireland). I think a flag would be a good way to do that.

A Flag would be very cool and would give you guys more money comming into the forum. You would probebly sell more flags then anything else.

What if we get 2 patches and sew them togeter and have a slit in one side to side over the antena mast. It would only require 2 more partches. And the best I remember they were not very expensive. I may even be possible that when they are made that 2 could be joined back to back before the boarder stitching is done.

I don’t need a key chain, can’t really use a patch or a pin but I like the antenna flag idea :cooler:

As long as it is not a SLOW color like , , , , , anything but Gray :cheeky1:

If your going to market things you mite as well make money to support the site, sell the stuff instead of giving it away :baffled:

I would be willing to pay for a flag, coffee cup, bumper sticker ,,,,,, you know the knick knack crap
