What about adapting the new forum logo (keyrings etc) for a flag? I think that would be more up to date.

Okay I have to admit I haven't been watching this thread. We might just have someone to do the flags for free (in limited numbers) and this is the basic image they will be using. Let me know what you think of this one as well as Mike's;

.... it might be Dave in the ditch Ed.:baffled::cheeky1:

It got me looking through the offerings over the last 4 pages and I couldn't find a Dave design, perhaps Wingnut is confused and meant Mike, as in Manx Black Cat,but  then again perhaps I am the confused one!!!! :shock::goofygrin::goofygrin:

Whoops silly me getting the names mixed up :blushing:. I can only blame it on all those envelopes I'm putting names on for all the keyrings and buttons. I'll change Dave back into Mike in a minute.

Mike's pennant has my vote.. could remove the second and third lines of text (the gold text that are too small anyway), but in whatever form, excellent!!!

Only reluctantly Pete. Cost me a Chinese takaway tonight and all I got was about half an hours help in return.

All right, we need a better comparison. Here is Mikes flag with a mockup of one with the keyrings artwork (I hope this works);

I like both of them, but the yellow/gold may show the dirt more than the red or black

However, I think that Black should continue to be a limited offering (like the black patch).. perhaps for special ocassions or as a reward (for example, Cyote61 for NASSIR 1).. just ideas.. but my 2 cents... Is there any reason we can't have both? If the yellow flags are being done free, they will be an additional bonus. Means we will only have to buy the red one and I guess pay for shipping on the yellow one.

I'd take both, they look great. Could the yellow be made darker so it stays clean for longer?

great penants, the colours are great but agree they will not stay clean long, maybe using black and putting the badge on might work

The yellow will in fact be darker and the logo will be stretched to fit the flag andthe forum slogan we vote for will be added

Very good attempt by andy all the same
