I agree with you that their service in pretty outstanding. I also like that they stock what they show on their website.
Having said that, I had to place an order with Dennis Kirk this morning because I was having trouble finding a wiring harness. They also show if it's in stock or not on their website.
First choice for all ordering is with Cyclemax though

Yes, they are the best in my book, I've have done 2 orders in the last month, one was on a Thursday and delivered on Tuseday, the other on a Friday and delivered the following Wensday. And everything is always as avertised, and always get a tracking number. Cyclemax rocks! (5 out of 5 clappers)

| Besides the excellent service, their prices are hard to beat. I live within 100 miles of Wingstuff, and I can buy things cheaper from Cyclemax and pay shipping for it, than I can get it from Wingstuff if I pick it up myself.

I just had an excellant purchase from Chris Chrome and the price and shipping great. 2 days later delivered to door. Its good to tell everyone where the good and the bad ones are. I also if speaking to a live person will let them know if I was sent to them by someone on this forum little PR never hurts the forum.

Another benefit to Cyclemax - if you don't see it on their website they will find it for you at less cost than many others.

| I have ordered from them three times in the last few months and I am amazed with the service. Last order was placed at 10 am and by 4 pm I had a tracking number and the order was on its way. Quality of the items has also been good.

I agree that Cyclemax is a good site. But I think when a link to a parts house is listed, it should be noted if they sell for the older bikes instead of only 1500 & 1800's. We have owners of 1000's thro 1800 and it is frustrating to link onto or google for parts/acc., only to fine the co. only deals with the newer wings.

I have just come back from 3 weeks in Las Vegas and Cyclemax delivered my order direct to the Hotel without any fuss. Excellent service, great comms, well packaged and a fraction of the price I would have paid in the UK. Bought a Honda steering stem socket and 'All Balls Steering stem tapered bearings' for less than 50% of the UK price I got quoted. Great people to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I totally agree with you all, cyclemax is the best, you put your order in and you get a mail back telling you the stuff is on its way, i like the idea that everything you see they have in stock, when they dont have it, they take it off their website. even shipping to the UK iy still works out at great prices.

Yep, I've had very good service from cyclemax.
I ordered a superbrace & a flag a week before going to Calhoun,Ga from
WING DREAMS
Got an email confirming the order 2days later. Stil ain't seen anything yet.
called a number of times. Been told that it was just put on the truck this morning a number of times. Money has Not been deducted from the credit card yet, though.
Will not order from wing dreams again, and cannot give them a positive recommendation

Gotta concur with the accolades for Cyclemax. Had a few questions about a part and recieved very quick answers. Even an e-mail asking about the problem after it was fixed. great customer service. Definatly a class act.
Another one of my favorites is Venco Wings. Jim and Sue Venne are great folks, and very knowledgeable. I e-mailed about a part, called them up and asked some questions, then said I would order it on payday. (I was keeping the credit card balance low for an upcoming trip) The part appeared 4 days later. When I called to tell them I didn't order the part, they said just send a check when I get paid. Now I am a multiple repeat customer (as I am at Cycle Max) so they "know" me, but that is customer service that is beyond any expectations!
