To all 1500 owners, i have been trying to get these guys to do a 1500 and they say there is not enough market for it so please if you like what he does then contact him and tell him how many of us are still out here.
I have sent a picture of a 1500 but if you feel like it send him another

Why would I ask him to do a 1500 when I want him to do an 1100?

Hello, Everyone!
Just to let you know, I got all your emails, Thank you
Ok you got my attention. Now, the dilema is finding GL1500's to photograph, I have a certain style that I have developed, both in photography and design, and 90% of the time most photographs that people have taken of their Gl1500's don't quite meet the requirements I need. (No Offense) So, again, the dilema is finding the bikes and scheduling them at a location to shoot. I will be at the Wing-Ding in Tulsa, OK, this coming Summer in 2009, but that's a ways off. I will also be at the Wings-Over-Smokies, this september, 2008 for two days, photographing motorcycles, this could work if any of you GL1500 riders are going to the WOS rally.
OK, I may be crazy for asking this, but, what are the most 3 popular colors of the Gl1500's? Also, If you are going to the WOS rally, and are interested in having your bike Photographed, Here is what I'm looking for, (this couild be difficult, do to the GL1500's being older) Clean, stock colors, very little pinstriping, or fancy murals, No Offense. I'm looking for bikes that are as close to stock as possible.
I won't promise anything, it just depends on how this goes, and looks.
For those that have not seen my work and not familiar with my company, I have a pretty good reputation for a quality product as well as Service and Communications.
My largest follwing is at the gl1800riders.com forum. However, you can also see my work here at my web-site. Stop by, drop me an email.

Thank you for all your comments and relenting interest,

Iam the one that started this thread and i thought it would get your attention thanks for replying and thanks for taking on at least getting a 1500 up. I know we are not as popular as the 1800 so there would not need to be as many colours as there is probarly not the market for all the colours. (just being realistic to those that do not agree)
I would think red is the most popular colour.
I send a pic to you and have some others at http://www.jonkaz.net if there are others there that might help i may have higher resolutions of them.
Other then that guys we now have his attention can someone help witha good pic its a bit hard for me to attend the events due to a bit of water between us.
Thanks to all those that send emails and when it comes out it would be good if wr could support leon for taking the time to take notice
Cheers and thanks Johng

How about Wineberry, White and Blue for the different bikes colors?
Also, saying that the 1500 wasn't as popular as the 1800 may be an understatement. You'd be surprised how many there are out here on the highways.

Ronsena just to clarify and not to get into a debate about it but i meant at the moment that the 1500 is not as popular as the 1800 in ref to the t - shirts that leon does.

Leon,
Thanks for taking the time to sign up on the forum letting us know what is needed. I will be enroute to GA during the WOS rally, from Washington State, so I won't be able to attend. In light of that, what specifically do you need in the picture, background, lighting, resolution, etc? I have a very new looking, only 9K miles, and almost stock 2000SE in blue, seen in my avatar. I also have an 8 mega pixel digital camera. Is there some pictures I could stage that could help you out?
Also, we are having the first forum Rally in Calhoun GA Sept 25th-28th. Could you possibly show up there for some pictures? I know there will be a number of 1500's there, one very nice looking almost stock red 93 Aspencade and one 2000SE in white that is also mostly stock, that will both be travelling with me.
Since we are travelling across the country, and since there will be bikes coming from all directions, maybe some of us will be coming through someplace that is more convenient for you, so maybe that is an option as well.
Thanks again for your time,
John

| Wineberry seems to be a popular color in these parts.
