While some people love it, many hate it. The main issues aren't so much the OS itself but more so, it's compatibility with hardware and other software. So one's experiences can vary quite a bit.
One other big factor is that Microsoft deliberately created confusion to cover up a problem that Intel had with the late release date of the chip that would give full use of Vista to it's users.
Problem is they even misled their hardware partners (like Dell and HP) who were busy making systems for sale that had the limited use processor in it. Not only that, but the motherboard can't take the new full featured chip once it was released so anyone buying the products were just screwed for upgrading later. Nice work boys.
Hope you Vista lovers out there got the right chip and not a screwing. Make that ANOTHER screwing.
