I have a 1984 Goldwing Interstate for sale.
It has:
AM/FM Cassette
Drivers backrest
Passenger Armrests
Aftermarket Seat (i think it is see picture)
Lots of chrome
Brand new front tire
Well worn rear tire
Platforms not pegs for the passenger

The bike starts and runs great. The brakes operated by the foot brake work fine but the hand brake hangs up. I have been told by the local dealer that the caliper needs a new seal kit, quoted me 22 for parts 80 for labor. The radio is aftermarket and the old twin din style. It has contrable marker lights on the side of the fairing and lights strips on all 3 compartments.
The chrome is ok, does have minor rust in some spots and some minor pitting. Looks good 5-10 feet away but is noticable when you look closer.
Paint is in good shape, no dents or scratches. Only paint loss is on the plastic piece that wraps around the edge of the fairing.
Overall it is a decent bike for its age, I really enjoyed riding it while I had it but have moved up to a 1500. A deal found me and I couldn't turn it down.

As is I have no idea what it is worth. I don't want to rip some off but I don't want to get ripped of. Going to say 2600 just to have a starting point but I have no need for 2 wings and can work on that price.

If you want more pictures or any info I may have left out just pm me.

Edit: mileage is 65,xxx

So after some further research I think 2600 is overpriced. I am going to ask 2000 on here for a while then send it to flea bay if no one is interested.

moderators: if this thread needs to be deleted please pm me how to and I will

thanks
Mark

edit: I  took the brake apart and cleaned the caliper pistons real good and they seem to operate fine now. I did not have the seal kit so did not put new seals in but the ones on it are working now. While apart I did see that it needs new pads.

$2000 is way under priced for my region.  Had you not been over 700 miles away I would have been tickled to get a deal like that!

Good luck on Ebay, bet it will bring at least the 2600 you started at.

I would be happy if it did, anything over 2 and I am just happy to see it go to someone who has time to ride it like it deserves. I thought when buying a 1500 I would ride both but I can't seem to pull myself away from the 1500.

I just posted this in another thread but I am starting to think you are right, if this can bring 1000 sure mine can bring 2500.

That or dumb luck! Either way I'll take the money to the bank and apply it towards what I owe from the purchase of the 1500!!!
