My winter project has been dismantling this Baby Interceptor.  I have all the parts except the motor as it blewey.  Seat is new, all of the plastic is in very good shape.  Carbs need a good cleaning.  Good wheels and a very good back tire.  Fairing is okay and I have the mounting frame. Pipes have some rust, but might be okay (I'm working on them).

Will clean all parts.

I had one of the 85' or 84' 500 Interceptors. Really neat bikes, very quick and I loved it. It was red/white with blue trim. Got alot of parts from Targa and Lockhart for it and Gunfighter seat with Telex adjustable bars and F1 cannisters. Looked really good. You'll be happy with it when its all done. Good Luck,JR

I had an 84 750, my first bike. :) It was a bit rare, it was red and white, with only a small blue stripe on it. Hardly ever saw any of them, most of the Interceptors were red, white and blue.

My youngest brother (barely) straddling it, back in, I think 1986 or so.
