You can list your items here and also list them at Rudy's Backyard site.
This will not compete with the for-sale items here, simply a way to get more people looking at what you want to sell.

In addition, RBY (Rudy's Backyard) has a broader audience than our Goldwinger interests here, so you get a lot of people looking and it is growing.  Slowly now but accelerating a little every day.

You can list things there that would not be appropriate to list here as well.  Also you have better support for images with your items and the orignization of the items should make them easy to find.  If you wish you can list your items in RBY and simply post the link to the item here.  Or vise versa.

It is completely free while it gets more sellers, items and visitors and at some point a small fee to list will be applied but nothing you put there now will turn into a bill of any type.  Also the setup fees are waived and anyone registering to be a seller while it is free will never be charged later for the setup.

The reason we will eventually charge somthing for the listings is that it will take more time and expense to manage and host than will be practical to finance privately.  Also the incentives to go back and clean up old obsolete items seems to work better that way.

When we start making any kind of profit from the site (if ever) we will be contributing some regular donations to the sites that supported us to help offset their costs of operations as well.

No one has asked for that, it's just in the plan anyway.

Let me know if you have any ideas, needs, improvements.

No one has to register to shop there or buy things, only to sell.  And like I said it's all free right for now.

What we are looking for in return is a lot of item listings (any type), and links to those items from outside locations.  That will draw more shoppers, sellers, items and search engines.

Seems fair doesn't it?
