At the top is a tab ... Send Money ... select this.

Use UBarW email address for who to send it to.

Enter the amount for the number of patches you want.

Add your mailing address in the note box below.

Select the submit / send / make payment / what ever the tab is to send your request.

That is all there is to it.  I asked UBarW the same question.  It was easy.  Less then a week later, I had my patches and they look great.  I can't wait to get them sewn on my vest and jacket.
