The 78 Gl1000 is my father in laws and his bike really needs to be sync'd.

I ride a 89 Pacific Coast.

Hopefully it'd be a day him and I can both come otherwise I'll be the one on his bike...

He works in Fort Worth on the weekends so I could always meet him after work at your place.  He doesn't get off till 7pm.  He works 7-7 Sat&Sun.

What an awesome program!!!

Please update your loation in your profile so I can know when some one near you has them.

Hope you don't mind, but I have updated the box for the gauge set. I had an extra plastic case that a drill came in. I have put foam in the bottom for the gauge set to rest on, a packing slip holder for the instructions, and bubble wrap in the top for coushin...until I can find a foam piece to go in there. May stand up a little more than the card board box it came in.

Thanks Bill, that sounds a whole lot better than the box they were in. That's the box they came in to me.

Those hoses they came with are also too small IMO. If anyone wants to update those too then be my guest.

I may go ahead and do that while we have this set, I did notice the short lines comming off the valve are starting to crack pretty bad.

I upgraded those hoses to vacuum line hoses Bagmaster. I think the ones that were on there were from an aquarium. I bought new hose today and when we put them on, the pointers settled down a good bit. I know one had a crack in it and just replaced them all.

Thanks buddy, got both bikes took care of this morning!

That's great that you donated the funds to upgrade the hose. I'm sure the next users will thank you for that also. Those hoses are what came with the gauges and everyone that's bought their own sets have had to replace the too small hoses they come with.

So, is everyone in Alabama taken care of now? I know Bill had his and his Dad's 1200's to do beside yours and Tim's.

BTY, who is Jeff? :waving::waving::waving::waving:

Take your time, the other set ought to be close to hitting the road again the middle of next week. They just got delivered to South  Dakota yesterday and the member has family in town for the weekend so I don't think he'll get anything done over the weekend.

Canadian and US customs are a headache and cause up to a 2 week delay on anything coming or going across the border. I waited for over 2 weeks for a speedometer coming from Canada through the post office.
