they are good bike, ive had two in the past, bullet proof motor, i was reluctent to sell the last one but needed the room, i dont know what the prices are like stateside, but i sold my just over a year ago and got £700 for it, with no haggling

Well she's gone now. For that price I'm not surprised. A solid running bike will go for at least 1300-1800 even if it's old.
