It did here, but not the clandestine events across the southern US border.
Also.........I think it still goes on in the deep southeastern US, way back in the thicket where the stills are. They cat juggle as a way to lure law enforcement away
Besides......after he gave everyone bac a dollar............he couldn't keep up the good fight

Yeah...that's what I hear. With the stills turning into makeshift meth labs, a new crime of the millenia is starting.....Speed Cat Juggling.

| Cat juggling is still legal in the US, the anti-juggling bill was repealed during the Carter Administration right after he was attacked by a rabbit. It was thought that cat juggling would keep the felines on their mettle for controlling attack rabbits and dangerous birds. As a sop to the weak kneed left side of the aisle the repeal only applies to short haired cats. No more will the spectacle of five fluffy Persian Cats lofting into the air over their bloody juggler be seen in this country. As for the Mexican variety, it's always been considered a poor sport since they only juggle very thin cats, not the sleek well fed types used in the US and Lithuania. As most of you know the greatest accomplishment in the field of cat juggling is the 'Lithuanian Litter' done with six full grown plump Siamese Seal Points and one Maine Coon Cat. It's only been performed outside Lithuania once in Saskatchewan. After the damage to the juggler who barely survived and the audience members requiring mental therapy after witnessing the resulting horror, the Canadian Parliament overreacted to this isolated incident and outlawed cat juggling in all of Canada. Most observers actually believe this was unnecessary and that the main problem in the event was the advent of several dogs getting into the venue. It's never a good idea to have both a dog show and cat juggling in the same building.

I don't know about "cow tipping" but every Christmas at our parade/carnival we have "Cow Patty Bingo".
It's a good money maker.

| I find it easier to create my own reality than to learn the more common one that many people use. One singular advantage of course is that in your own universe you can't possibly be wrong.
