Is there an online operator's manual for the Type II radio/cb/cassette? The installation manual doesn't cover the use of it. I tried to get one off ebay but the price went too high. Thanks again
There isn't one online, but I seem to think there is an addendum stuck in my owner's manual (I have the original one for my 82 Aspencade), I'll see if there is, and if so, I'll scan it in.

| Thanks. That would be great. I have several updated pages overlayed in my original manual but nothing on the radio system.

I had a look at my manual tonight. The updated pages have to do with the air suspension system. I found absolutely no mention of the radio, other than that you should take it out to keep it from being stolen.
I suspect it may have been a separate manual that came with the bike, and that has long since disappeared.

Thanks for looking. It is a separate manual. I've seen only one on ebay in the last couple of months. Went in the $50 neighborhood. For that price I'll play with the knobs until something happens

While I don't have the cassette, I do have the radio, intercom and CB, and can probably answer any basic operation questions you might have.

Downloaded and printed off the manual this weekend. Can't thank you enough for making this available. I already had the Clymer book, but this one is superior.
Thanks again - Al Tatton

Hi and thank you for you help in putting this up for downloading. Do you have a download for a 89 gl1500? The wiring is different on the 89 than it is on the 94 you have listed.
thanks

| All the manuals I have are the ones that are online - if anyone has more, I'd be more than glad to post them.

| Hey thank you Scott, I'm very new to this forum and you just saved me a lot of time, I just bought a Goldwing GL1100 1983 Interstate and man its a super great bike. It needs a little tender loving and care which I'm giving her because I want to restore her to show room floor style. I need a cover for the right side of the hard shell saddlebags but other than that I have everything There to do what I want. Thanks again<Guys like you make a dream come true for others. Its great to get all the help you can get. Thanks Scott Steve.

I thought you had a GL1000 parts manual up there at one time?
I've never taken anything off of there, so if it's not there now, it never was.

Thanks for the link. I looked but cannot find the GW1800 Digital Service Manual. There's one there for the 1500, but not the 1800. The only things there for the 1800 are PDF files...
If anyone has a copy of the digital service manual, please email me - Big E wrote:

Thanks to some very generous contributions, along with my own collection, I've put a bunch of service, owners and parts manuals on my server for anyone to download. You can access them here:
http://goldwing.soylentgeek.com
Please right-click and save the files to your local hard drive, before viewing them, so it doesn't download it from my server every time you look at them.
If anyone else has some more files they wish to contribute, let me know and I will post them.
Thank you!
