I am replacing both rear wheel bearings on my GL1500SE(P) - 1993 .  Are there alternative ones other than the "genuine" Honda parts please ?

Thanks

Most bearing suppliers can match most bearings, take your olds ones in and/or look up the spec's in the manual  and take the numbers in.

Thanks, there sure is a cheaper way. Went to my local Bearing Supplier and managed to get both bearings and the seal for almost HALF the price. And they will be here tomorrow.  Now that's a result !

Will post the bearing part numbers on here tomorrow.

The 1500 front wheel bearing numbers are already posted on Steve's "Goldwing Tips" page. You might PM him or Wexman  the numbers for the rear wheel and they could post it there.

Picked up the bearings today and they ARE the same (not sure if mine have been changed before, but they do have a number on them), so as promised here is the information.

91053-MN5-003    Bearing, radial ball (toyo), 20x47x20.6   = 3204A-2RS1TN9/MT33:SKF

91052-MT3-004  Bearing, radial ball, 6204uu (nsk)     = 6204-2RSH/C3:SKF

91253-443-761  Dust seal, 30x47x8                           = NBR30X478AS

Total Cost £27

Hope this helps ?
