Went to Harbor Freight and purchased a bit larger tire for my Insta Trike. They look better and ride better. I also found a bunch of different Hubcaps at a Golf Cart Repair shop, and replaced the ones that came with the kit, with these chrome Mags.

Those wheels enhance the kit just that bit more and I thought the hub caps looked just like alloys. Nice improvement Dave!! :-)

Hi Ray, Yeah, the fatter tires make it ride a bit better. I like the bigger wheels they make for the IT2, but alas there is no upgrade kit. Is that the version you have? I'm looking at your avatar.

We went to wal-mart and upgraded our tires also. Like you went to a golfcart supply and got some chrome hubcaps. Will post pictures later.

Looks great. I am in the market for an insta trike but was told tire size couldn't be increased. I have access to a 8" tire kit can I increase the tire size. Thanks

You cannot increase the tire size, but you can increase the width. I put a fatter tire on mine, but left the wheel the same. If you want a bigger tire size, I would suggest the IT2. It uses bigger wheels. See http://www.tow-pacinc.com/ and watch both videos at once..
