Christmas 2006
December 17th 2006 saw Santa to hand out selection boxes and sweets (supplied as usual by Robbie Nolan) to the Goldwing owners children who were at Eddie Rockets in South Anne Street, Dublin. Mick Wilson arrived on the back of Les Cowan's outfit at 1300hrs, to hand out the goodies to our children and passers-by. Later on, we all escorted another Santa out to Cheeverstown House.

Dylan wasn't the "official" elf this year, but he
agreed to help out as Mick's grandson (the new elf) was ill today. The annual
whip-round of club members on the day raised €95 for the staff of Eddie Rockets
this year.
We all met up at the Spawell Hotel to collect another Santa at 1530hrs. Then on to Cheeverstown house which is less than a mile away.
The picture above right shows Ciaran handing over two
cheques for €500 each to Deirdre Corrigan,
Director of Services. €500 was donated to the club by Rubicon Advertising,
Fitzwilliam Street Dublin, and the other €500 was donated by our own
Marshal John Lynskey out of his own pocket.
Tommy didn't get left out either (pictured above), as
the lads presented him with something to play with.
