A whole saw in a drill works great.

OK guys. I'm having trouble get the last 8'' or so of the bead to seat. It's holding air. It just won't seat all the way around the rim.

I've used Ruglyde. It is supposed to be real good. And I've used some disc brake green silicone grease.

I also have 80psi of air in it. That bead just aint popin,,,lol. I'm afraid to put any more air in it.

Right now I have it sitting in the sun. It's been 15 minutes so far and nothing. I'm in the house away from it. I have the window open so I can hear it pop,,,lol.

Any ideas?

It's right under where it says ''SB-802"

Well I got it.

Now I'm worried that my balancing beads will all stick to the grease. I was able to recover most of them from the old tire. I have a new 2oz pack to put in. Do you guys think it would hurt to add the recovered beads to make up for any that get stuck to the grease.

Should I maybe ride it before adding the beads to distribute the grease.

Am I over thinking this,,,lol.

If what is already in there sticks to the grease more will also. Ride it first.

Being an 84 I would think it is broken in.
