Aspencade advice

I have recently purchased my first Goodwing 1984 Aspencade GL1200a one that has been in a garage and not ran in years took carberators apart and noticed tear in the throttle slide and they are no longer available and only found used ones looking for suggestions and if the aftermarket ones that I did find will work 004
4PCS CARB SLIDE DIAPHRAGMS HONDA GL1200 GOLDWING 1984-1987 KEIHIN CARBURETOR
4Pcs Carb Slide Diaphragms Honda GL1200 GoldWing 1984-1987 KEIHIN Carburetor. Also any good advice on rebuilding the carnerators ? Have seen several modifications, any good suggestions on ones that I might consider ?

welcome to the forum, this is an intro forum, and many thanks for filliing in your Profile.


go over to the Technical Forum and post up your problems there, one thread for each specific problem..


e.g., don't be mixing brake problems with carburetor problems in the same thread...
just gets too messy trying to follow thru.

There are aftermarket diaphragms available.
