rear speakers gl1500

would it be possible to add rear speakers and just splice into front speakers since there is no wireing for the rear

You can purchase a complete speaker kit with the wiring harness to add the speakers.

Your profile info is VERY important because IF you are asking to add rear speakers to a '91 Interstate, , that crappy little kenwood radio in the front left pocket won't work right. (But don't ask me how I know this )
