Thumbs up I'm back......

It's been a long time since I've been around the forum (and even longer since I've been out riding). My 81 got parked several years ago with fuel issues and neglected while I dealt with raising kids and all the money/time they consume. Now it is just me and looking to be around more and get a new ride to enjoy. Glad to see the forum is still here.

I still have the '81, but it is not in working order. Looking at a 1500 now.

Phil, That '81 looks like it was the standard GL1100 with the Vetter fairing, saddlebags and trunk installed. Is that correct.....??

GL1500's are good bikes, what year (or years) are you looking at....??
