Question Suspension Advise

Hi everyone I am new here and i have a few different motorcycles as i rebuild them to keep me sane. here is my problem

I have a 1988 GL1500 and I am a big guy. So I decided to replace the back shocks my compressor still works so wanted to put on shocks that would work with it. Research said the progressive 416-1633GLA but guess what they do not make them anymore. I was hoping someone could let me know of a replacement air shock that they know of or any other thoughts. Was thinking about just getting another stock air shock for the other side and hosing them both together but not sure that will work.

Thanks you

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I just went to the site and pulled up the 416s for the GL1500, you may want to contact them directly. https://www.progressivesuspension.co...-series-shocks I don't think they'd discontinue them as they are also used on HD touring bikes.
