Hello

Just wanted to say hello and thank you for admitting me to the forum...I just reactivated my bike after several years in storage and will be trying to get her up and running again...Well, as much as I can at 78 years old now....I find that the clutch hydraulics are dry and do not know what kind of fluid to put in it....The Honda dealers here will not touch my 1992 Aspencade but I have a neighbor who has a motorcycle garage set up at his house as a sideline and I may go to him for help, but I would rather at least appear knowledgeable....Can anyone help?

Pat. It takes DOT4 brake fluid in the clutch and brakes. They are prone to leak at the clutch slave cylinder.

Hi, be careful with the brake fluid. It's very corrosive and will damage paint very quickly.

+1 on filling in your profile, or tell us where you live and we'll fill it in for you.

Why ain't we ridin'?
