I can't make it to NASSIR this year. Is it too soon to start dreaming about next year?

This is probably on the schedule NASSIR 5. But, patience has never been one of my virtues.

Yes .... too early.

The site/location of NASSIR 6 won't be revealed until after the Auction, at NASSIR 5.

Other than the east west alternating pattern being the norm, nothing will be known until the final day or so of N5. If following the norm is still working N6 will lilkely be north west.

I think we went through the democratic process of open discussion for N2 and it turned out that we weren't any different than the government, nothing was achieved but discussion.A small committee seems to work better.

Basically, what it all comes down to is having a capable member(s) who is willing to hold it and do all the leg work associated with it. A lot of organizing/running around/comitment is involved in pulling a M&G of this size off.

I agree with Dusty 100% on what he has said.

We have a list of people who has approached us to host a NASSIR event. We look at the locations and work towards spreading them out so that members from all locations can attend.

This is a good thread for me to state this: If anyone would like to host a NASSIR event, please let me know and I will put you on this list. I just can't tell you at this time when it would be "your" year.

Hosting a NASSIR event is a lot of hard work to plan and put together (as I have learned for NASSIR 5). Each location has it's special issues with logistics, etc. that are different from other locations. I have been working on NASSIR 5 for over a year and hitting it hard for the last 10 months but it is a lot of fun and is so worth it.

Once you attend a NASSIR, you are hooked for life!

Yup..Anyone who is serious about this site should attend at least one of these events..

We own a 2007 Goldwing with 65,000 KM ( 39,000 Mi. ) on it.

The best part about owning a wing is you know what your next bike is going to be. ( We know, we just bought our 3rd Goldwing )
