T-Shirts...

I am willing to foot the bill for the T-Shirt guys to add a special line on the T-Shirts for our "Over The Pond" attendees.

that won't be all that many unique shirts to print. Maybe that line can be printed separately after the complete run is done?

AGS (Augusta, GA) or CAE (Columbia, SC) are the closest regional airports. Both about 30-45 minutes away. The next closest is GSP (Greenville, SC) about 2 hours away, then CLT (Charlotte, NC) is a large airport 2.5 hrs away, and the busiest airport in the world, ATL (Atlanta, GA), is 3 hours away

I have one request to make seeing as how me and the wife are not going to be able to make it due to my work. If you all wouldn't mind drink one for us and say "That poor sucker is having to work while we're having fun"

But seriously we are really going to miss not being there this year, we were at Fontana last year for our first NASSIR and enjoyed it so much.

I'm going to get us some shirts so when we wear them we will be there in spirit.

Thursday night meal will be $10 per person.
These will be the only "Pay in advance" items. Wednesday night meal will be dutch, at the restaurant of your choice in downtown Edgefield.
Tuesday night meal will hopefully be donated, or if not, very nearly free. BBQ done by the local butcher shop.
Hi everyone, it looks like we have the details for the Online Store worked out so here are some basic instructions for creating a store account and ordering. If you find that something is not working as you expect PLEASE send me an email at [email protected] .

If you have questions concerning the t-shirt or meals then that should be directed to Sean (SB in SC).

The NAGF Online Store will be used to assist Sean with the sale of the NASSIR 8 t-shirts and Thursday evening meal vouchers. The logins you use on the forums WILL NOT work for the online store! Also, the logins you had last year for the NASSIR 7 store will not work either. You MUST create a new registration for all new accounts for the store and it has to be approved before anything can be ordered.

Special note for NAGF members: if you already have an account on the NAGF Online store you can use that one and there is no need for you to create a second one.

You also must be logged in to see the prices. Right now we only have 2 items for NASSIR 8 listed, the Official t-shirt and the Thursday evening meal voucher.

If you have any difficulty with the online store or have any questions please contact me on this forum by PM or send me an email at [email protected]

Some very basic instructions to get you started:

This link http://northamericangoldwings.com/store will take you directly to the NAGF Online Store where you can either register as a new customer or login as a returning customer.
Note:to register select either the “Log In” hotspot or the "log yourself in" hotspot. This is the same selection you will make to log yourself in when returning.

When registering for the first time please fill out all of the required information and select the submit button in the lower right corner.

******IMPORTANT NOTE*******: I've added in the "Company" field on the form. When registering your account PLEASE remember to put your forum name in the “Company” field so we can matchup forum names to real life names. This match will be confirmed before your account is approved.

You must be registered in the store, approved (approval could takefrom 1 to 24 hours) and logged in to actually see the prices and to be able to add items to your cart. Once registered you can log in as many times as you want and your cart contents will be remembered. I get an email notification of all new registrations and I will promptly review to make sure I know who you are and then "approve" you to be able to see prices and buy items using your shopping cart. The "Approval Pending" on the item will be replaced with your shopping cart.

There are 2 ways to pay. PayPal or Check/Money Order. There is no shipping and it is expected that you will pick up your t-shirts and vouchers at the event. Money orders should be made out to John Hannington.

Please let us know if you have any problems, need help or have questions.

Thank you for your continued support!!!

John

Well, its official. We won't be able to make it to S.C. this September. Sorry, Sean. We were looking forward to attending. But we can't make it to S.C. AND Colorado in the same week. A gentleman that I was honored to call "Captain" for almost 8 years early in my firefighting career passed away in February from an illness he contracted as a result of many years of firefighting. His name will be added to the 'Wall of Honor' at the Fallen Firefighter Memorial in Colorado Springs, CO on Sept 19/15 ( http://client.prod.iaff.org/#contentid=13636 ). I plan to be there to be part of the ceremony honoring his sacrifice.

One question please John, can I register both our names in one "company" since Helen is a registered member here too, or will we have to register separately?

Pete

Tried to log in but it wouldn't recognize my password from earlier. Now awaiting approval to be able to order.
