Pete, I had already thought of boarding him at the vet's while I was there but I'm gonna be starting a new job shortly and won't have the vacation time needed for the event.. Believe me, I've thought this through from every angle and I waited till now to cancel... And if you and Helen can make it up here or even close enough for me to ride to see you and Helen, well... We'll see what we can do!!

Starting to worry me as well, QDaddy, but hopefully we will start to pick up some last minute folks and lots of locals as well.

seems i will be only 45 min down the road from this on the 7th current leaving date for a visit to my daughter (now in Georgia) attempting to get flights changed and get her off work. I do not have any internet at home and just caught this. Getting cited for the possibility.

Don't forget folks, if you are coming along and have friends who would like to come along, even if they don't happen to ride a Goldwing, then they would be made more than welcome.
When we attended Nassir 1 we met some lovely people and there were some who were not on Wings. If you haven't been lucky enough to be at a Nassir rally, I can tell you, it is a great experience and there are no expectations of you, like there might be at other, more official rallies. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you like in anything that is organised by Sean and his team of helpers. If there are group ride outs, and you don't like riding in groups, don't worry, there is no pressure to go on them. If you prefer to camp, rather than stay in accommodation, that is fine too, the whole idea of a Nassir rally is that everyone gets out of it what they would like and the big bonus is that you get to meet friends from here on the site and further afield.
I haven't yet heard of anyone who didn't enjoy a Nassir rally.

Pete

I've been wanting to meet up with your for a long time, but her to Killeen in the summer is a bit too much w/o air conditioning

You don't have to ride a wing. Heck we let Anita tag along on her Shadow and we even let Cousin Jack and Red come to Colorado NOT riding a wing.

And Silverfox is right, I've never seen anyone not enjoying a NASSIR, not even all the ones picking up their bikes at N7.

Why,, who ever to you mean BOB!!!

Pearl Green(The Intelligent colour)

No question A.T.G.A.T.T. (Even when it's stinking hot!!)
And if it's too stinking hot to gear up, it's too stinking hot to ride.

If your not man enough to take the lead, stop complaining from behind.

I SURVIVED NASSIR 9.... barely.
