Nice...

Whist on the topic, Mike Nixon has been writing content similar to the above" for prolly more than a decade now (I know he's been in carbs longer than that) -- Some of his new stuff for this year is prepared in Flash, with illustrations and discussions of various functions and carb circuits.

While I find his style accomodating, it's technical enough to support the retentive engineer. You may wanna look through his content at http://www.motorcycleproject.com/

I particularly recommend http://www.motorcycleproject.com/mot...bs_work_v3.swf , which provide a very good and pictoral description of the diaphragm style CVs that are the horizontal bretheren of our GL1500 Vertical counterparts...

Several of the articles on carbs do feature the GLs... always nice to be "on the list".
