I see Dark and Red, I'm thinking that Dark will most likely be the winner ?
Heya guys - I just need a final answer on what you guys want the default skin color to be. I checked with creative and this yellow is the same yellow used in the legacy/classic version. It just looks different because of the backgrounds and other shading. I think we should do away with it and go for another color but would like to ask the community.

Maybe we can start a poll and figure out what the most popular request is form the community?

Here are some example other site we you guys can look at to help

White: http://www.vwforum.com/
Blue: http://www.sportbikes.net/
Grey: http://www.triumph675.net/
Red: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/

Thoughts on these choices:
1. white from launch
2. dark grey or black theme
3. blue
4. Red
5. other

Thanks,
Jeff

Just look at the "Classic" version. If you duplicate the colors, fonts, and locations of all the graphics I think the majority of the users will be satisfied.

And please make the smilie window customizable.

As long as the Classic version is left alone in colors, I am going to stay out of the choices for the New Format. Leave that to the users.

Jeff, will you please start a new thread Poll with the post above, the whole thing, including my quote, and let's see how the majority of folks want the New Format to look.
Bike...and Dennis likes this.

I just noticed that another forum that I am a member of, sailnet.com, Is going through some almost identical changes as this one.

I'm glad that I learned how to go back to classic from the posts here!

I just wonder if both forums are owned by the same company, or if it is just coincidence?

Hmmm, the same change format selection bar is at the bottom alright....
but when I changed it to Classic an 404 error showed up, same for the Mobile version, got a 404 error there also.

Personally I liked the dark skin with the light print that Steves son did as an option. Anything white with different colored print you can keep.

Old age is like fine wine, you just get better.
