Today Im going to a concert in Daytona. They have a free one every weekend. Thousands attend. It is great outdoors time. I do carry a gun as there is no sign against it. The parking building doesn't look like a safe place, in occasions you have an officer around.

I make sense all the time. The problem is you only listen intermittently

To make sure the gun is not forgotten in CDN have the person put in an escrow four times what the gun is worth. Return his money upon reentrance to the US
An Escrow account! I like that idea! "Here you go, Canada. Here is $3,000.00 to hold onto, until I EXIT your country with the same gun I carried INTO your country. Give it back to me at the northern border, and if I don't ride the ferry home, I'll let you hold onto it again for the return trip..."

They will never go for that.

I have the ccg card. I don't carry yet because I don't what the laws are on how much you can resize a coach gun legally. Seriously though. I don't have my cc bought yet looking at the options of what everyone considers a cc gun is.

A CC gun is one you can hide somewhere on your person.

With no God over the state, the state then becomes not the defender of liberty but the definer of liberty.

You definitely have to consider clothing, and PRACTICE with an UNLOADED GUN. You want one that doesn't "print" which means that when you move around, your clothing doesn't pull against the profile of the gun to reveal that you are carrying it. You want one that will allow you to sit down without jamming the barrel into your thigh. You want a pistol that is effective in stopping an attacker, but not a giant weight you have to lug around.

I carry a Glock 27 most of the time. It is not a conceal carry gun in the summer, because it is rather "fat" but in the winter, it fits nicely under cold weather clothing. in the summer, I carry a DiamondBack DB9 with wicked hollow points.

I have a Ruger LC9s, as it is fairly small and thin.

Hydrashok for CC, round nose for practice.

if, you do decide to carry, I highly advise that you get a legal insurance package.
you own that bullet when it leaves the barrel, and if it hits a child across the street?
you go to jail.

There are several providers of such, this is the one I buy when I carry.

they give free seminars, attend them!

Printing is made such a big deal of.
Id like to know how many have received a ticket for it.
In my opinion it is when someone CLEARLY can say you're carrying a gun. A wet or very tight t-shirt.
In a state that only allows open carry a cop would consider a gun conceal if he cant see it. Cover it with a wet T-shirt and he still consider it concealed.

If a cop asks yo if you have a gun in there then the gun IS concealed.
Fl law doesn't say anything about printing and allows a brief , nonthreatening exposure of the gun such as when you reach to get something from a high shelf or un-donning a coat.

I make sense all the time. The problem is you only listen intermittently

Soooo what to do in a state where you have both concealed and open carry. Could you say when you are reaching and uncover the weapon that at that time, "I was carrying open."

That's why I'm all about open carry. They see you mean business , they don't even bother.
