While removing my front brake calipers to get my front wheel off, I noticed that the little rubber dust boots on each end of both TRAC sleeves need to be replaced. A search revealed that these may not be available for much longer. That info was posted in the spring. Does anyone know if they are available and if so, do you have the part number so I can phone the local Honda guys Thanks

And BTW, I finally was able to see how the anti-dive is actuated. Very crafty.

Hawker ...if understand correctly you are looking for the boots that seal the Pivot Bolt Collar . I recently purchased these from my local Mother Honda dealer . The part #51442-MC7-003 . They were about $7.00 US back in August.

When I did my brakes, I didn't think about these dust boots. I did have extra dust boots that go with theslider bolts go. I just used them, stretched it out and placed it where this dust boot went. It isn't as thick, but I think it will keep the dirt out just the same.

Hi Hawker,

I'll bet it's each....Go to their site, click on OEM parst for the micro fiche (sp). A whole bunch of micro fiche widows will open up.

If nothing else you could call. The part # given by "Onawingandaprayer" is right.

Oh I looked at the fiche alright, but could not determine the quantity--ie per pair or each. If that is their price each, then mother Honda is less expensive as I was quoted $4.89 CDN each but they had to be ordered in.
