Hello once again, I have yet another newbie question, I have heads off of 3 goldwings, 78-81 i beleve a GL 1000, 1100 and 1200. The head gaskets all look the same, and a engine gasket kit isnt cheap, are all the head gaskets they same for these motors, if not what are the differences? I was going to buy one gasket set and fix the 1000 and 1200 if i could. Just trying to save some money, times are tuff right now. Any help will be greatly appreciated and awarded some manna thank you again Forum.

Honda has a head gasket kit the gives you the complete set to re-build you heads. The only seals that are NOT in the kit is the cam seals. Those you got to order separately...

It's strange but true... The valve seals are in the kit but you must remove the cam to change the valve seal so why isn't the cam seals in the kit???

I just got done doing a head gasket on my wing... Not very expensive... about $170 bucks for the gasket kit.

Try www.siriusconinc.com their prices are the best I've found and their kits are great quality. Good luck, Bob

When I got my computer it said "For MS Windows 98 or better", so I installed LINUX.
