I am experiencing an oil leak on my GL1000. It is only a small leak, maybe 4 to 6 drops in a couple hours riding, but I thought it was the left valve cover and replaced the gasket. It is not leaking as bad, but is still leaking. Could it be coming from somewhere else under the engine? Are these bikes bad to leak oil? Thanks, Mike

two places on the left side that might leak (okay there are more, but the two most common) valve cover gasket... and shifter seal

less common.... valve cover bolt gaskets and cam seals
