Minimum thickness should be stamped in the rotor. You need ten thousands of an inch more than that to turn them. If you have any nasty grooves, you will need more room. If you buy replacement rotors make sure they have holes in the brake surface area for water displacement.
If ya cant fix it with a hammer, it's prolly lectrical
