I am in the middle of removing the engine on my 85 LTD. The air chamber removal process seems like a pain in the rear! Is there any way to simplify this?

Thanks again for all the help!

Don't remove the carbs, unbolt the intake runners and tie the assembly up to the frame then pull the engine.

With no God over the state, the state then becomes not the defender of liberty but the definer of liberty.

There are no carbs. The 85 LTD is injected.

Thanks Ill try that. The full teardown of the system according to the manual seemed like a lot of work.

Sorry to be so slow...........where exactly are the intake runners? Is that where the rubber boots are or right above the heads?

Thanks again for your help!
