is there any place or anybody that i can send a set of carbs to, to be built and can they be synced other than being put on my engine. really don't have the time and i will bestarting a new trike project with another one waiting andwhile i'm building the next one i would like to have the waiting ones carbs built. any takers or if you have a set ready to go i have a set from an 84 already off would pay the difference and swap with you.

just do it and ask questions later. if you never start you\'ll never finish.

Rebuilding prices so high that it makes more sense to do it yourself, just buy Randakk's video.

ignition switch for $8, solenoid for $10, fuel pump for $30 still work fine!

They can be synced close but to get them perfect it has to be done on the bike. Go here for rebuild.http://www.oldwings.com/

didn't get that one it was a piece of junk. and he wanted way too much or i would have bought it anyway. i did however buy one sweet 1200 86 aspy with everything on it. need the poor boy kit on it but i think i can handle a reasonable factsimally. 53000 and this one is a cream puff. not perfect but i think i stole it. thanks for the help.

just do it and ask questions later. if you never start you\'ll never finish.

i cleaned the carbs on my bike my self too. its expensive letting someone else do it. alot of the time you can get away with the same gaskets and what not. i also synced them my self with a cheap sync tool i borrowed from a friend and my bike sits at like 600rpms idleing with no problem other than the lean part due to open filter and headers but i have played with the air fuel ratio and it seems to be good low end right now..

It can be done!
