I am trying to remove the corbin passenger backrest but not sure what or where the screws are that allow the backrest to come off.This is an 88with a luggage rack. Any help is appreciated

backrest, if it mounts in place of the stock, probably the screws can be accessed from inside the trunk. have you inspected the area? a picture would help

There are 2 small nut near the bottom of the lid inside of trunk.
Remove then lift the seat back up to pull off.

My Corbin has "Wing"nuts to attach to the trunk lid . I am thinking about half way up from the hinge ,maybe 3-4 inches from the side .
