I want to check the vacuum lines before I pull the carbs, where are they ?

there is only the one from the back of No. 3 to the vacuum advance at rear of engine

I have an 82 1100 and there is only 1 line. It goes from the #3 carb floatbowl to the vacuum motor for the spark advance. That is located on the pulse generator on the rear of the motor, about in the center.

1982 GL1100
1980 Honda CM400
1979 Yamaha XS750 Special ( project)
