Guys, here is a photo of the wiper system I bought from 'Infinity' in USA back in 1997. It was a wonderful wiper system which mounted on the front of the windshield with 4 small screws. It was very neat and didn't look at all aftermarket. It had intermittent wipe also. I would love to get one again but they are no longer available. Anyone remember them?
Regards;
Gerry.

I remember them and I think they also fitted the gl1200. A few members here and on other forums have asked about them in recent years but I have not seen any positive feedback anywhere.

That unit does look nice . How does the plastic shield hold up to the wiping ? I'd like to have one if it doesnt scrape the plastic and scratch it up .

Guys,
A bottle of lube came with the wiper and one would wipe it on before using the wiper. I never used it though. Before I embarked on a run where it looked it might rain I would get a wet rag and wipe all the dust and grime off the windshield. The wiper would not scratch the screen if the dust and grime was removed. I was using it for 3 years and it never scratched the screen. Think about the alternative of not being able to see through a wet screen and coming off the bike. You would have more to replace then than just a scratched screen!

Gerry.
