What I have done is go to the local Auto Zone, Advance Auto, etc.. go to the driving lights section of the store and get the Pilot PL-RY1 or NV-RY1, cut off the mounting tab and pop it in the relay box. They are anywhere from $6-8 Don't get the PL-RY2 because it is a different configuration. Also, they wil be just slightly larger than the stock ones and will be a tight fit but they will work

I went to Oreileys and bought a relay. They have the BWD brand, the 2 #'s on the box are "R4136" "RL37741". Cost me $7.00.
I have been running this relay for about 6 months now and have even ridden to Oregon from Southern California.

Below are some numbers copied from another post on the site.

"Are you talking about perhaps the #3 relay? Pilot makes one, about six bucks, check your local auto supply store in the driving light section. Pilot PLRY-1 I believe, look at the base / spades for a match, you will need to trim off the mounting tab. This relay is 30 amps which is a good thing. "

"Pep Boys carries the NV-RY1 relay that will work also. It is a 30 amp "

I hope this information is helpful.

Wish I had more time to ride.
