WOW! It all began with a simple oil change on Saturday and then one thing led to another and my bike is sitting there with what looks like open heart surgery in progress. I decided to tackle some long awaiting installs, here's the list:

Oil Change

Stainless Steel Belly Pan

Rudy's GL1800 SmartLight System w/Gear Indicator

BikMP3s V3 MP3 Player

BikeMP3s GL2Way System (including CB)

Firestiks No Ground Plane Antenna with CB/AM/FM Splitter

Air Filter Replacement

General Cleaning as I went

Frame Weld Inspection

Needless to say, Fred Harmon's GL1800 Maintenance Videos on CD were/are indespensible to this process. I am now in the "put it back together" mode and I couldn't have done it without Fred's videos (at least correctly).

Awesome, simply awesome! It was like having a shop technician right there with me to show me everything I needed to know!

I hope to have her all buttoned up tonight after work so that I can ride her to work tomorrow. Nice!

I have a set John, very useful. Armed with those dics, the free tuts here and the helpful forum members, I can tackle almost any Goldwing job without any fear.
