Hey All,

I did a search here and also tried to look up the length of travel of Progressive 416's but couldn't find the answer.

What is the total travel length of OEM 1100 air shocks?

I'm working on a sidecar that takes a 13" shock. I need to know if the travel length of the 1100'sOEM shock will work with the swingarm on the sidecar. And if there is enough swingarm rotational length to add an electroinic lean to the thing.

progressive lists their shocks(416) @ approx 3.35" travel

since its for the sidecar i would think that you might want to use the non-air 412's

Thanks Neo!

I'm wanting the adjustability of air shocks as the sidecar will carry a wide range ofloads. Anywhere from sidecar + ballast only to several 100's of pounds for car + passenger(s) + cargo.

I'm curious what you think the advantages of a coil-over shock might be?
