Getting bike ready for riding season. Battery been on tender all winter and checks fully charged and good. Turn on key and neutral light is on. When I hit starter switch hear a click and neutral light goes out. Starter doesn't turn over. Fuses all check Good. What should I check next? I'm suppose to take bike over to fellow riders tomorrow so we can replace fork springs and shocks. Can't if I can't get it to start.

Checked all connections. Had seat off, battery out. Checked all the relays and fuses, tapped on solenoid. No Luck. Pushed down street this morning still no fire.

> If that does not work, and given that you currently have the bike all opened up, try this:
1) Remove ALL the fuses and Relays from the Fuse and Relay Boxes on the left side of the bike... Leave installed only the 15 Amp Fuse for the "Tail" (4 up from bottom of left box), 5 Amp Fuse #12 (lower rt of relay box) for "Ignition/Tail", and Relays #3 (Tail) and #8 (Ignition/Cuise)
2) Try starting in Neutral.... If it works, then you've isolated a possible short, outside of the ignition circuit.

Towards that end, either of the Two kill switches could cause this:
-Engine Kill switch on Handlebar (Often has loose terminal screws inside)
-Side Stand Kill Switch

Push started and got running. But still won't start otherwise. Ordered new Solenoid and will pull apart all electrical connections and clean. Tried pulling fuses and relays. Battery tested good - had that tested.

Neutral light going out on pressing start can only be one of several things. Bad ground at the battery or frame, or a bad or borderline battery cell. Do as the others suggested and try jump starting from a car battery (car engine OFF). If the Wing starts, you have a bad battery.
