Does anyone from south Jersey know where I can have my heads shaved. I have antfreeze leaking into my cylinders. I bought a new crankshaft angle sensor about a year ago and my bike wouldn't run right so I took it to honda east in delaware and they couldn't figure it out either. They charged me for the labor and said they took it for a road run for about ten minutes and they said the motor was getting hot. So I think that is why I need the heads shaved. Sorry for the long story but thanks to you all I cut the 2 wire to the angle sensor and switched them and now she purrs like a kitten. THANKS HONDA EAST.

Maybe you just need new head gaskets? You should only get the heads shaved if they need it, as there isn't a lot there t shave off. Get the heads checked for flatness, cracks etc. before shaving. You could find that all you need is head gaskets.

Doug
An automotive machine shop in your area phone book, should be able to do it. I had it done 3 years ago on my 1100 at a Carquest machine shop, @$50, I broke it down, removed all the parts and lapped the valves myself and reassembled it after.

I would call a small engine repair place or one that does lawn tractors and such they would know who could do that. Who did the M/C dealer tell you to go to.?

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time.
