My 2009 1800 has a harsh ride and I suspect the anti-dive valve may be stuck not allowing the left fork to work properly. How do I check to make sure the valve is returning properly?

The harsh ride is probably enough of a clue. Otherwise you will need to remove the AD unit. The forum has many threads on the subject, and here is a fix how-to:
