Welcome to the family!
You problem is a sign of another issue. Your key is probably worn and needs to be replaced. Mine was doing that in the spring. No problems with the regular positions, just with the lock of the bars and parking position.
Left unchecked, it will cause wearing of the whole system and the lock system and is a bugger to get at and replace. Time and money you don't have to spend. Just go to Honda or and good key house and have them cut a new key from your key code and not that key you have. Very cheap insurance.
1) Experience is something you don't get until after you need it.
2) A closed mouth gathers no foot.
3) IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT, WHEN WILL YOU HAVE TIME TO DO IT OVER??
Horsepower is an illusory mathematical equation; Torque is REAL, and is the source of all good things in the world.
The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?
