I have a 1985 1200GW LTD with a Champion sidecar which I purchased last year. I want to replace the front wheel stabilizing strut but I an unable to locate a replacement. The P/N on the old strut can not be found because of lack of original source. Any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum davidr4

Have you tried a google search for steering stabilizers?
You may have to adapt another brand.
They are not a stock item on Goldwings, so it has been mounted probably by either the trike installer or a PO.

Post a photo of it. Most sidecarists use one from a 70's vintage SuperBeetle.
