Suffering Succotash... 1982 GL1100 front wheel.

Many of you that have been following my FB feed know that I have a 1982 GL1100 I have been doing a 'lo tech' restoration on. This bike has been on the stand for four years... and has gone through two floods of my home. Just a week ago or so I purchased two Kenda Kruz tires for my project bike... named Scruffy.

This bike has not been ridden in 12 years... but it has a new single Weber the motor runs and almost every seal, bearing and rubber part has already been replaced or I have the part on hand. (above the water line)

I have also purchased a new HF tire mounting machine... and yesterday I started working on mounting the rear tire. I made the mistake of leaving the front wheel... (old tire) outside last night and some sorry son of a biscuit eater stole it... along with the axle... and the brake rotors...

So... I know that 1100's were sort of a mixed bag of front wheels. I see different wheels and especially different rotors all through the 1100 line. It is time for me to start learning everything I can about the different sorts of wheels, rotors and calipers that were used on the 1100's... so I can bee informed about what to purchase online...

the wheel I lost looked like this: (_ see image)

It had the Comstar wheel and the "deep dish" brake rotors... any advice about what parts will fit my bike would be greatly appreciated.

All 1100 wheels and rotors will fit it Travis, they may look different but they work.
To clarify a little, aspencades do have different rotors, thicker.

'80 Still had single pot calipers. The rotors will fit and will work but the contact area on them is wider.
