Alt. Conversion help please

Getting real close to being done I tried several mounts for my alt. I have the bottom mounted but need one for the top to tighten the belt. Can anyone tell me a easy way to mount the top bolt that will tighten the belt. I contacted the guy that makes the poor boy mounts but he would not sell me the top mount and wanted $215 for the mounting hardware. Thanks for the help MCFF

It's yours for shipping (Priority-$6.80)

Send me your email address/full name-address in a PM.

I'm painting a few parts today,But will try and get the bracket out tomorrow-ASAP.

Is this what you mean?

I don't know what the key to success is, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

If it is you need to cut the horn bracket, and use that area up in under there for the top mount as shown in the picture. I welded my own mount because I used the mini chevy alternator.
The picture shows the new welded mount.
