Are these OEM 1500 mirrors

A friend of mine gave me these mirrors to sell for him. But he doesn't remember what they are from, or if they are oem. He's had about 15 Goldwings.

From looking at pics I believe they are from a 1500 right side. But I'm not sure.

As I'm typing this I have found "Big Bike Parts" on the new chrome one. So that's definitely not oem,,,,lol.

Take a look at the silver one. It says "DONNELLY" on it. Is that oem.

I'm going to post this stuff in the for sale section. So I want to know what I got,,,lol.

Can you guys give me an idea what I should ask? Thanks

Both are aftermarket.
If you google Donnelly mirror Goldwing, you get some beat up ones on eBay with the same number as shown on yours.

So I've had one person tell me that the Silver one is OEM. And another that says it's not,,,lol.

Does anyone have a 1500 they've had since new and can look to verify. Thanks

When I got my bike, the right mirror was cracked, so I had to replace it.
I'm almost sure that I had verified by the number, but when I checked this morning, I have the Donnelly just like the rest.

Sorry for any confusion I may have caused and glad you got it straightened out.

I've got a better question. How do your remove the glass from a OEM mirror? Been trying to figure that out for a long time. Thanks

Have a read through this thread. It has some good pictures to show you how to get the mirror glass out. The guy doing it installed the led turn signals behind them which look really good.

J : Thanks for the info. Too bad the video is no longer available to watch. I'm better with pictures then words. Like they say, if all else fails, READ the directions. Pictures are still better in my opinion.
